Commercially available interchangeable, precision epoxy and phenolic coated NTC thermistors normally may be exposed only short term to temperatures above 105 °C and not above 150 °C.  Glass encapsulated precision NTC thermistors can be exposed to temperatures of 150 °C and above but are more costly. Cornerstone Sensors, Inc. T150 series NTC thermistor shows less than 0.35 % [0.08 °C] drift after 6,000 hours of continuous exposure to 150 °C.
