(RoHS) Temperature Probes
Cornerstone Sensors, Inc. manufactures precision NTC thermistor temperature probes that are compliant to Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 (RoHS).  NTC thermistors are ideal sensors for use in a variety of precision temperature measurement, control, compensation, and data logging applications, primarily due to their high sensitivity and reliability. Temperature probes are designed to both protect the NTC thermistor from harmful environmental conditions and aid in placing and holding the sensor in the medium to be measured. Cornerstone Sensors has a wide variety of probe housings and other encapsulations to meet the needs of demanding, hard-wired or wireless, temperature applications. Because the world of temperature measurement is broad and diverse, Cornerstone Sensors offers standard as well as made-to-order temperature probes.

(RoHS) Metal Housings
(RoHS) Metal Housings

Cornerstone Sensors offers a wide selection temperature probes with metal housings. They can be permanently fixed in one location or they may be hand-held and used to take multiple temperature measurements in different locations.
(RoHS) Plastic Housings
(RoHS) Plastic Housings

Cornerstone Sensors temperature probes with plastic housings are ideal for use as general purpose temperature sensors for applications where a metal housing is either not desired or needed and lower cost is a consideration.
(RoHS) Other Encapsulations
(RoHS) Other Encapsulations

Besides metal and plastic housings, Cornerstone Sensors offers temperature probes with other coatings and encapsulations that protect the thermistor from damaging environmental conditions. These encapsulating materials may be applied by using a dip method or by using a mold cavity.
